Miller Pineda is a seasoned sales and marketing leader and the founding President of the Philippine Sales and Marketing Professionals (PSMP) in Qatar. With over a decade of experience across diverse industries in the Gulf region, Miller has established a strong reputation for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and empowering Filipino professionals abroad.
As President of PSMP, Miller leads the organization’s mission to elevate the standards of Filipino sales and marketing practitioners through continuous learning, community engagement, and collaborative opportunities. Under his leadership, PSMP has become a growing platform for professional development, mentorship, and industry networking for OFWs in Qatar and the GCC.
Known for his dynamic leadership, mentorship approach, and deep understanding of local and regional market trends, Miller is passionate about creating meaningful impact — not just in business, but also in the lives of Filipino professionals striving for growth and excellence overseas.
Aris Jay Riparip, ACSI, RFP is the Vice President and a founding member of the Philippine Sales and Marketing Professionals (PSMP) – Qatar. With over a decade of experience in financial advisory and community leadership, Aris is dedicated to empowering Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Qatar through financial literacy and professional development.
As a certified Financial Advisor regulated by the Qatar Central Bank, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI UK), and a Registered Financial Planner (Philippines), Aris specializes in life insurance, investment, and retirement planning. His mission is to help OFWs achieve financial security and the dream of returning home debt-free and fulfilled.
In his role at PSMP, Aris leverages his expertise to foster a community of growth-minded professionals, providing mentorship and organizing events that enhance the skills and careers of Filipino sales and marketing practitioners in the GCC region. His commitment to service and excellence continues to inspire and uplift the PSMP community.
Leah Luisa Barredo is a seasoned sales leader and community advocate based in Doha, Qatar. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Philippine Sales and Marketing Professionals – Qatar (PSMP), she plays a pivotal role in ensuring organizational coordination, communication, and continuity.
In her professional role, Leah is the Senior Sales Manager at AFFIX SCAFFOLDING LLC. Her experience in strategic sales and business development, combined with a strong academic foundation from Centro Escolar University, enables her to manage cross-functional responsibilities with excellence.
Leah has been instrumental in organizing PSMP’s core events, including planning sessions and business forums. Her leadership, diligence, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to PSMP’s mission of empowering Filipino professionals in Qatar’s sales and marketing sector.
Maribel Suarez is a finance professional with a passion for service and community-building. As the Treasurer of the Philippine Sales and Marketing Professionals – Qatar (PSMP), she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and ensuring transparency in all fiscal activities.
Maribel brings extensive experience in budgeting, auditing, and financial management from her career in the private sector.
